Golf Management System is designed to support golf course management more effectively for membership, reception, accounting and finance.
Features
System qualification is divided into 3 parts.
1. Reception
- Green Fee, Caddie and Golf cart reservation.
- Registration
- Statistics of the golf club users (member, non member)
- Golf Tournament
- To record scores and calculate the handicap (USGA).
2. Membership register
- Able to keep and edit both membership and non membership register
- Transfer and cancel membership register.
- Able to keep, edit and cancel Member Card
- Control the number of usability that allows member to play at the other golf course which has an exchange contract.
- Issuing an invoice for membership fees, membership transfer fees and more.
- To collect daily/monthly/annual green fee
3. Accounting and Finance
- Able to keep caddie payout data both barcode and bank payment
- To record and edit green fee rates
- To edit and cancel green fee coupons that have a problem
- To Correct a payment
- Able to keep general payment.
- A daily income report
- A daily canceled coupon report
- An expired coupon report
- An output and excise tax reports (new tax structure start using on 01/01/57)

4. Golf Starter
- Able to keep a caddie and golf carts number with barcode.
